Create your Pass App account

Breeze through these simple steps to start navigating onchain with the most secure crypto wallet.

Updated today

Here's how to create your Pass App crypto wallet in a few quick steps:

Download the app on your device:

Step 1: Sign up with Apple, Google, or email

  • Signing up with Apple or Google

    • Select the type of device you’re using.

    • Choose the account you would like to associate with your Pass App wallet.

  • Signing up with email

    • Click on Continue with email

    • Enter the email address you would like to associate with your Pass App wallet and click continue.

    • Check your inbox for an email with the verification link sent to your address. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.

    • Open the email on your mobile device and click on Verify email to continue.

⚠️ You can't change your email address once you create your account, so sign up with an email account you have full access to (i.e. a personal one instead of a professional one).

Step 2: Create your passkey

Passkeys are an advanced replacement for passwords and seed phrases. They’re easy to use, more secure, phishing-resistant, and always accessible, even when you switch your device.

Once you’ve created your account, the app will prompt you to create a passkey for your wallet.

  • Click on Create passkey.

  • Use your device’s screen unlock function to create your unique passkey.

🔐 That’s it! There’s no seed phrase or password to write down. Just sign transactions securely with your passkey.

🧠 Check out our security page for more information about passkeys and how they’re replacing passwords and seed phrases as the most secure form of authentication.

⚠️ For Android users: Make sure password sync is enabled.

Most Android devices will automatically sync your passkeys to your Google Account through the Google Password Manager. But if you’ve turned off “Offer to save passwords”, your passkeys won’t sync, and that means you might lose access to your account if you delete the app or switch devices. To avoid that, double-check that this setting is enabled. See how to enable password sync on your Android device in this guide.

Step 3: Create your AI agent

Your wallet comes with your very own onchain copilot, here to simplify your web3 experience. Answer a few short questions and you’re ready to go!

  • After creating your passkey, select your preferred agent persona and click on Create my agent.

  • Your agent will ask what name you'd like to be called. This will be used as your profile name in the app.

  • Then, your agent will ask what you'd like to do. Choose from one of the suggestions, or ask it anything you want.

💡 You can speak to your agent and ask it to respond in any language! Learn more about the wallet that speaks your language.

🙌 With your onchain copilot by your side, web3 is now yours to explore.
